This is a very good gym and for the price, definitely worth it. I like that it doesnâ¬"t get too busy and you can conduct your exercise routine in a relatively stress free environment, youâ¬"re not waiting around to use equipment and the gym timings are not restrictive. A real asset to Bideford - this independently run bike shop sells trainers/summer footwear, clothing, skateboards, bicycles and accessories, and also do repair work on your bikes. The clothing are brand names and so the prices are what you would expect, but the prices to fix your bike are really cheap. This shop has recently closed down and to be honest with you Im surprised it didn't happen sooner! the clothes were totally over priced and there was no real stock turn over so every thing they did sell was a bit dated.
I understand they may have had problems with shop lifters so may have felt they had to be ultra vigilant with every one who entered but there's a way of doing it so your customers don't feel glared at all the time .
